Saturday to Wednesday we're open 1:00 PM until 1:00 AM. Thursday runs 1:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and Friday opens a little later at 1:15 PM and closes at 2:00 AM.

No. You can reserve your spot in the queue from your phone before you even reach the door — the booking screen verifies you're nearby by GPS, then tells you when it's your turn. Use the queue booking page, or install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
The patty is pressed hard onto a hot flat-top the moment it hits the surface. That contact sears the whole underside at once and gives you the lacy, caramelised crust around the edge — the crunch you don't get from a thick grilled patty. We use fresh Angus beef and season it on the griddle, Cali style.
